The simplest way to transfer keynote to iPad is to use iTunes to put keynote to iPad. Open iTunes application and plug in your iPad. In the iTunes on your PC or Mac, select the iPad and click the "App" tab. Then in the file sharing section, select Keynote and click "Add" button. Finally, find click on Add to add the presentation files you want to put onto the iPad.
Method 2: Use Email to Import Keynote or PPT to iPad
Open your iPad and run the iPad's Mail app. You can download the file from your message content.
When the downloading is finished, click on it to open it. By default, it will open it in preview mode. However, if you have Keynote for iPad installed, it will provide you with the option to open it in Keynote. Click the "Open in Keynote" button and the iPad will import it into Keynote. To avoid existing 2 keynote files in your iPad, go back to your email and delete the mail.
